Activity 1 - Imagine That!
Imagine yourself as an older adult - at least 10 years older than you are now and over age 65. Then describe yourself with a few bullet points.
Some things to consider:
- What do you look like?
- What are your interests?
- How is your physical or mental health?
- What are your challenges?
- What are you looking forward to?
- Include anything that seems relevant.
