Activity 1 - Imagine That!

Imagine yourself as an older adult - at least 10 years older than you are now and over age 65. Then describe yourself with a few bullet points.

Some things to consider:

  • What do you look like?
  • What are your interests?
  • How is your physical or mental health?
  • What are your challenges?
  • What are you looking forward to?
  • Include anything that seems relevant.
